Streetsnaps: What People Wore In Florence
I couldn’t travel to Florence without taking some streetsnaps of the attendees of Pitti Uomo 91. With Italy being one of the capitals for anything related to fashion, I wanted to highlight streetwear looks from sartorial to contemporary and everything else in between. As I always mention style is personal, style is fun and all not the same. Being able to cover Pitti Uomo 91 I was able to see that.
Pitti is a huge place, you can literally stand outside and take photos of people walking. I was leaving the Padiglione Centrale and stopped these 3 gents. I liked how 3 gentlemen looked like they all can hang out together and no one overpowered the next. All three guys had one an overcoat, while two had on sports coats and turtlenecks which are always in the cold season. The gentlemen in the middle kept it traditional sartorial, with a tan double-breasted topcoat, blue sports coat, light blue dress shirt, stripped tie with white chinos on.
Another simple and clean look with this gentlemen. Herringbone sports coat, clean white dress shirt, wool knit tie and some denim to keep this look business casual. For a subtle touch of detail, a red pocket square.
I think we can all agree on white sneakers bring everything together.
Coordinating small details always works also.
Conducting business in his Adidas.
Having style is having your own identity and these guys nailed it.
#pittidanceoff was the theme for Pitti Uomo 91. Celebrate life and enjoy being in the moment.
Having style is all about having confidence in yourself in whatever you wear.
I tried buying this beautiful brown overcoat with peak lapels from the OG, but he kept saying Ciao! Ciao!
“Can’t get my camera wet”.
Real men wear pink socks.
Lunch break fresh.
Can’t go wrong with Yeezy Boost.
A lot of great things in this photo from the pinstripe trousers, puff ball sneakers, black overcoat to the burgundy overcoat and black double monk straps.
Contemporary at it’s finest.
More of a versatile look for any occasion or season. Remove the turtleneck and incorporate a t-shirt for a summer look with no socks or add a dress shirt, tie and loafers for a fall look.
A man truly devoted to style, neatness, and fashion in dress appearance is called dandy.
Men’s fashion is all in the details, check out this gentlemen’s briefcase.
All blue attire.
Can never go wrong with all black and red sneakers.
