Loafers for your Tropical getaway
When was your last vacation? When were you able to just get away from reality and just enjoy life and have time for yourself or your family? We all have obligations to work, family, school, and bills; why not take a break to relax and just get away for a few days. Being able to enjoy time off and regroup your mind and body is very important for overall health.
Blogging has given me a wonderful opportunity to travel the world, experience life and culture outside of the United States and I don’t take that for granted. On my most recent trip to Miami Beach, FL; for Art Basel, I was able to partner/ collaborate with SWIMS on a cruise collection photoshoot. SWIMS newest cruise collection has a selection of three different loafers (penny, driver, and a loafer/running shoe hybrid). While on vacation you want as little clothing as possible; especially if you’re somewhere in a hotter climate and that goes for shoes as well. Slipping on a pair of SWIMS drivers were ultra-light, flexible and breathable. If you happen to step in water while wearing your SWIMS loafers, no sweat; SWIMS comes with ventilation gills on the side of the shoe for breathability and drainage.
I paired my SWIMS Braided Lace Lux Loafer with a pair of khaki shorts, white t-shirt, and my British tan woven belt for a pop of color. Being on vacation should be fun and easy, why complicate it? Wearing a simple fit could be for hanging around the hotel, getting a drink at the local bar or just hanging out by the beach.
